Cancellations by you must be made at least 2 hours before the time of collection.

Payment to be made at the end of each journey in a currency of your choice. We do not accept cheques or credit/debit cards.

In the event of forecasted heavy traffic or bad weather conditions, we will notify you on the day before departure to modify our collection time accordingly.
